Historic Cities

Many cities have emerged in various parts of the world throughout human history. These cities have always reflected the prosperity or decline of a given region. Many of them disappeared over the millennia, while the history of others is still shrouded in mystery. Fortunately, however, a number of them have preserved the memory of past civilizations up to this day.
