1. Installing mozaBook in the background
mozaBook can be installed in the background using silent installation in the following way:
/SILENT - installation
/DIR="installation folder" - choose the location where you want to install it.
For example: in silent mode, you can put mozaBook into folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozaik\mozaBook if the installer is launched in the following way:
where mozaBook64_vxxxx.x.xxx_Setup.exe is the installer of mozaBook’s most recent version.
2. Offline installation of non-built-in components
The installer does not include certain components, which you can select during installation.
The selected components will be downloaded from the Internet and will be placed into the mozaBookInstaller folder.
If this folder already exists at the beginning of the installation (1), then missing components will not be downloaded from the Internet but will be installed from the ‘mozaBookInstaller’ folder instead.
3. Offline installation of digital textbooks
During installation, you can install the chosen digital textbooks as well. To do so, first, you have to download the textbooks from mozaBook.
The downloaded books with .mzBook extension will be placed into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozaik\mozaBook\books\ folder. If you copy the .mzBook files to the installer (2), then those will also be installed.
4. Activating mozaBook from command line
When launching it for the first time as an administrator, it can be activated from the command line entering the activation code. To do so, launch mozaBook using the -activate= parameter and enter the licence code you want to activate. Meanwhile, you can update mozaBook using the -update parameter:
where, instead of MOZ-ML-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-999999, you have to write the code you want to activate.
